BANQUET HALL TERMS

See the banquet hall terms here. When you make your initial $1,000 deposit to hold the Golden Hawk wedding reception date, you will be required to sign a contract.

  • Four months prior to your wedding date, the minimum contract will need to be paid in full.
  • Two weeks before your wedding day, your actual count of guests above the minimum contract, a final seating diagram, menu, and all balances are due including choices from the popular upgrades.

$1000 Deposit reserves the date!

The wedding coordinator will contact you for these details. Two weeks prior to your wedding you can have peace of mind that the timeline is thought out and executed with care.

Room Rental Minimums

  • Friday or Sunday banquet hall receptions require a minimum of 100 adult guests.
  • Saturday banquet hall receptions require a minimum of 150 adult guests.

Golden Hawk banquet hall and wedding venue is by Mt Clemens, Chesterfield and New Baltimore in St Clair county.
